We really appreciate your patience during this difficult time. We are doing our very best to get your orders out as quickly as possible so that they are in transit and on their way to you quickly. We apologise for any delays and appreciate your kindness and understanding. 

Will my delivery be impacted by the COVID-19 Pandemic?

Due to the high volume of parcels in the Australian postal network, Australia Post has advised your order may be impacted with possible delays up to 5– 10 days on top of the expected delivery time. While these delays are predominantly in VIC, they may be experienced Australia wide. Australia Post are still the most reliable delivery service in Australia at the moment.

How long will my Express Post delivery take?

Australia post has announced that Express Post deliveries may take up to 5 business days after their quoted delivery time to be delivered. This is still the quickest method available at this time.


How can I track my order?

Once your order has been sent from our warehouse, you will receive an email with either an Australia Post or Sendle tracking number. Follow the link and submit your tracking number for the most up to date information on your delivery.



Are your sweets vegan?

100% Vegan! All our sweets are free from gelatine, honey, cochineal, milk, animal derived E numbers or colours, eggs and beeswax.


Do you ship Australia wide?

We sure do, starting at $8.95 for a standard satchel. If you'd like your item shipped in a box, there is an option for that as well as express postage satchel and box options.

Are your sweets gluten free?

Some of our sweets are gluten free. We label all gluten free items and there is a full ingredients list on each product page. All care has been taken to ensure no cross contamination, but we do have gluten products packaged on site so cannot claim to be 100% gluten free.

I’ve ordered chocolate, will this melt in transit?

Generally, chocolate items are wrapped in metalised bubble wrap to keep out the heat, however there is still a risk that items will melt if the item/s experience extreme heat. We cannot guarantee that your chocolate will not melt in transit and currently do not offer ice packs. If this is something you’d be interested as having as an add on at check out, please get in contact with us. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for melted items. By purchasing this product you are agreeing to this risk. 


Are your bags recyclable?

Most of our bags are 100% soft plastic recyclable. Please place them into a soft recycling bin at your local Woolworths or Coles.

 Some of our bags are compostable and they are marked on the individual product page.


What kind of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal and AfterPay.


How long does delivery take?

We do our very best to get your sweets to you as soon as possible!

We process and hand pack all our orders within 2-3 business days and you should receive your goodies 2-7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.   

Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, our couriers are experiencing some delays with their deliveries so please keep this in mind. 

Please note that during busy periods (i.e. lockdowns, major promotions, sale periods and Christmas) our handling times may increase. We will do our best to get your treats to you as quickly as possible.


Do you issue refunds?

All our products are classed as perishable goods and so we cannot accept returns or refunds. We are not able to refund orders that are not to individual preferences. If you cancel prior to us posting your product out, then we will be happy to issue you with a refund in this case. 

If you wish to raise a refund request, please notify us in writing at candyqueensau@outlook.com. We may require photos if the item is damaged. You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund.


I used the wrong address on my order, what do I do?

If you have given the incorrect or incomplete address for your order please contact us immediately. Once your order has been sent, we do not accept responsibility for non-receiving. If the order is returned to us by the postal service selected, we will be happy to resend at your cost.
